What to expect when you make an appointment for a free inspection:
- A courteous on-time team member, who will listen to your concerns about your roof.
- A full inspection of your roof and an assessment of the roofs concern.
- Within one or two days you will receive by email or hand a proposal of the work to be done with an estimate of the cost.
- You will then have 30 days to contact us on whether or not you would like Mesa Roofing, LLC to provide the quality work.
On Job day you will need to prepare for the following items:
Q. What do I do with my pets?
A. Have pets inside the home for their safety as well as our team member’s safety.
Q. Can I leave my car in the driveway?
A. All vehicles will need to be moved out of the drive way so our dumpster may fit properly for the tear off. (Not needed for a repair)
Q. How long will the Dumpster be there?
A. The dumpster will be in the driveway for the length of the job. (2 to 3 days)
Q. Will you need in the back yard?
A. We will need Clear access to the back yard. Please no locked gates.
Q. What time will you start the job?
A. We will start the job as early as 6:30 am depending on when the sun comes up.
Q. Will it be loud even in my house?
A. Expect loud noise and roof material falling from the roof.
Q. When will you be done?
A. It takes 2 to 3 days to complete a re-roofed shingled home.
4 days for re-tiling a home and 2 days for a Flat roof home.
